Child Safety Standards Policy

FADEMO standards for preventing, reporting, and addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Scope: FADEMO Social Fund ("FADEMO", "we", "us") is a membership, contribution, benefits, learning, publishing, referral, and investment support platform. FADEMO is not directed to children and does not provide dating or child-focused social networking services. Even so, we maintain clear standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) across our website, mobile app, user uploads, messages, reports, and support channels.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

FADEMO strictly prohibits any content, conduct, upload, communication, profile information, document, image, video, link, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, coerces, traffics, sextorts, or otherwise harms a child or minor.

Users must not upload, request, share, store, promote, or distribute CSAM or any content that depicts or encourages sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This applies to all FADEMO website and app features, including registration, reports, receipts, books, gallery items, messages, support requests, and attachments.

2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report child safety concerns through the in-app support/contact features, website contact tools, or by emailing our child safety contact:

Child Safety Contact:
Email: support@fademo.co.tz
Subject suggestion: Child Safety Report

Reports should include enough information to help us locate the issue, such as the user account, page, date, payment/report/reference number where relevant, and a short description. Do not forward or resend suspected CSAM unless a lawful authority specifically requires it.

3. How FADEMO Responds

When FADEMO becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may take immediate action, including:

4. User Responsibilities

Every FADEMO user must use the service lawfully and respectfully. Users must not use FADEMO to contact, target, exploit, groom, harass, or endanger minors. Users must also not misuse upload or reporting features to store or circulate illegal or harmful content.

5. Moderation and Account Enforcement

FADEMO may review user-submitted content, reports, receipts, profile data, book/gazette materials, gallery/event submissions, and other uploaded files when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity. Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, account termination, rejected requests, blocked access, and legal escalation.

6. Compliance With Laws

FADEMO is committed to complying with applicable child safety, data protection, cybercrime, financial, and reporting laws. Nothing in this policy limits our ability to take urgent action to protect users, children, the public, FADEMO systems, or legal compliance.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Reports and evidence related to child safety are handled carefully and shared only with authorized personnel, service providers, legal authorities, or child protection bodies when necessary. For general data practices, please read our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates to This Policy

FADEMO may update this Child Safety Standards Policy to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, Google Play policy requirements, or internal safety practices. The latest version will remain available on this public page.
